In 2018, Aniyah Watkins founded Sustainable Impact Planning and Consulting (SIPC) with a clear mission: to empower nonprofit founders to navigate and overcome the evolving challenges within the nonprofit sector. With a strong belief in sustainability and impact-driven strategies, SIPC focuses on equipping start-up nonprofit organizations with the tools, knowledge, and frameworks needed to build long-lasting and effective operations.

Aniyah’s journey into nonprofit consulting began long before SIPC. After earning her Master of Science degree in Nonprofit Management, she committed herself to helping organizations address systemic hurdles and enhance their operational success. Aniyah has over seven years of hands-on experience working with a diverse range of nonprofit organizations, from grassroots initiatives to more established entities. Her expertise spans strategic planning, organizational sustainability, program development, and fundraising.
